Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take? We keep our pieces in stock, so most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes another 3–5 business days — so most orders arrive within about a week. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment yours ships.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and orders over $55 ship free anywhere in the U.S.
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the way — join our email list and you'll hear about it first.
How do I track my order? As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you haven't seen it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email support@godfirst.shop and we'll resend it.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy? We want you to love what you wear. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Once a piece has been worn or washed we can't take it back, but if something arrives damaged or defective we'll replace it no matter what. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
My item doesn't fit — can I exchange it? Absolutely. Reach out through our Contact page within 30 days and we'll help you swap it for the right size, subject to availability.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? We're sorry — let's make it right. Email support@godfirst.shop within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Your choice.
Sizing & Product
How do your items fit? Our pieces run true to size. Every product page includes a size chart with chest and length measurements — check it before ordering, especially on your first piece. Between sizes and want a roomier fit? Size up.
How should I care for my GOD F1RST gear? To keep prints and embroidery sharp: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry and avoid ironing directly over any design. Treat it well and it'll last for years.
What materials do you use? We choose our blanks piece by piece instead of defaulting to the cheapest option — moisture-wicking polyester fleece on the Sport-Wick hoodie, tri-blend on the raglan tee, structured cotton twill on the caps. Exact fabric weight and composition are listed on every product page.
Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order? We ship fast, so reach out within 12 hours of ordering at support@godfirst.shop and we'll do everything we can. Once it's handed to the carrier, we can't pull it back.
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout — we never see or store your card details.
The Brand
What does GOD F1RST stand for? One conviction — to seek first the Kingdom and keep first things first (Matthew 6:33). It started as clothing one man wanted to wear and couldn't find. Read the full story on our Our Mission page.
What's the symbol on your gear? The Trinity knot — three arcs woven into a single unbroken loop, no beginning and no end. One God in three persons. It's the mark on everything we make.
Do you do church, team, or bulk orders? Yes. We'd love to outfit your church, team, or group. Reach out through our Contact page with your group size, what you're after, and when you need it, and we'll put together options for you.
